20 Minute AMRAP:

  • 400 Meter Run
  • 15 Deadlifts (225,155)(185,135)(155,105)(95,65)justin box
  • 15 Box Jumps (24,20)(step ups)

Today is supposed to be a much drier day.  It will be perfect weather to open up the doors and get some running in!  20 minutes can be a long time if you come out too hard on any wod.  Stay consistent and try to keep your first and last rounds within the same time frame.  Show up with a plan to crush this and then stick with it.  Don’t forget about our Fundraiser Hero wod event this Saturday for the Green Beret Foundation.  Please let me know if you are planning on working out so that I can plan out the schedule.  It all starts at 9am.
