Welcome back to a new week!  Today we will take on front squats for 3 sets of 5 reps at 85% of your last 1 rep max.  Warm-up to the load and then keep the same weight for all three sets.  If you are finding that you can’t complete all the reps back off the percentage to 80%.  The metcon has 2, 3 minute amraps with a break in between.  Start the week off right with some CFBC time!
