15 Minute AMRAP:

- 20 Handstand Pushups
- 10 Deadlifts (225,155)(185,135)(155,105)(95,65)
Today will be a great day to push yourself to try handstand pushups and go a little heavier on the deadlift. We want you to shoot for 3-4 rounds or more. The reps can be adjusted so that you can work on movements and not get stuck.
