  • 50 Box Jumps (24,20)
  • 50 Kettlebell Swings(53,35)(35,26)(26,18)
  • 50 Toes to Bar (knee raises)(abmat)
  • 50 Wall Balls(20,14)(14,10)(10,6)
  • 50 Burpees

This is not quite the “Filthy Fifty” but still bad enough in its own way. Chip through this taking out big chunks at a time. This will be an awesome one to start the week with!
