You are going to need to sprint like this guy to get some pullups in!

10-1 minute rounds:

  • 3 Thrusters (185,135)(155,105)(115,80)(95,65)
  • 60 Yard Shuttle Sprint (5 yards, 10 yards, 15 yards)
  • Max Rep Chest to Bar Pullups

*Rest 2 minutes between rounds

To end our work week we have 10 sprint rounds of heavy thrusters, a shuttle run and then max pullups. Your score is based on how many pullups you can rep out so you will need to sprint through the first two to have some time. Rest 2 minutes after each round.
