Teamwork!

20 Minute AMRAP:

  • 10 Squat Cleans (115,85)(95,65)(75,55)(55,35)
  • 15 Pullups
  • 20 Box Jumps (24,20)

Settle into a steady pace for 20 minutes. A good goal is to be able to have the same amount of rounds in the second half as the first. This will be a good one to kick start this new week!
