5 Rounds, Rotate stations each minute, rest one minute between rounds

  • Wall Ball (20,14)(14,10)(10,6)
  • Sumo Deadlift High Pull (75,55)(55,35)
  • Box Jump (20)(Step)
  • Push Press
  • Row(calories)

Normally we do fight gone bad in a 3 round version.  Today you will have the pleasure of doing 5 rounds.  This changes the strategy a bit.  Don’t come out swinging or you will be hurting in the last rounds.  Have fun!
