- 1 Kettlebell snatch per arm (53,35)(44,26)(26,18)(18,13)
- 100′ sprint
- 2 KB snatches
- 200′ sprint
- 3 KB snatches
- 400′ sprint
- Continue following the ladder up until time ends
Welcome to Friday! It is time to get those bars up on our backs and squat some big weight. You are going to build up in weight each set until you hit a 5 rep max. Our metcon is a ladder style wod. You will add reps and double your sprint distance each time you complete a round. Keep working your way up for 7 minutes. Have a great weekend!
