Pausing front squat warmup

  • 400 Meter Run
  • 21 Deadlifts (185,135)(155,105)(135,95)(95,65)

It is back out on the CFBC track! This time you get to mix up your running with some barbell work. The weight should be light enough that you can do the majority of the rounds unbroken. Hang onto that bar and your form!
