CrossFit has always tested athletes on many different levels. Leaving out longer endurance challenges is not part of a solid general physical preparedness program. Today we are going to jump into a test that many will not like but needs to be done for our fitness. I will be one of those running out there and wishing I could grab a barbell or do some pullups!
