“Open Gym and Skill Day”

If you have been training hard the last three days, today is the day to back off and recover. This doesn’t mean you don’t have to come into the gym.  Come on in and get some mobility or skill work done.  Active recovery is a great way to work out soreness and get you ready for the last couple days in our training week.  See you there!
