Snatch Pulls

Snatch
- 3×3 -Build up to a 3 rep max for the day.
Then,
- Max height box jump or box jumping skills
Today’s Olympic work will start out with some snatch pulls. This is a great way to feel some heavier weight while focusing on pulling through the positions and getting full extension at the top. After the pulls we will snatch for 3 sets of 3. Building up in weight if you are comfortable or still continue working technique with light weight. Our skill work will involve box jumping. If you are new to box jumps or still getting comfortable with them you will practice efficiency and confidence. For those of you that would like to attempt a max height box jump, today is your day. Don’t push too hard and eat the boxes though.
