This week our strength training percentages and reps have changed. Today you will do 3 reps across with a max rep effort on the last set. Remember that all of this is based off of 90% of your 1 rep max. Keep those working weights in your book for quick reference. Also, now that the heat is here for a while, make sure that you are getting plenty of hydration during the day and night. Have a good week!
