12 Minute EMOM(every minute on the minute)
- 1st minute- 3 power cleans
- 2nd minute- 2 hang squat cleans
- 3rd minute- 1 clean and jerk
- Repeat the cycle for a total 12 minutes
Then,
- Work on a skill or perform some active recovery/mobility
In today’s wod you have 4, 3 minute rounds. The 1st minute you will do 3 power cleans. The second will be 2 hang squat cleans and the 3rd will be one clean and jerk. Continue this cycle for a total of 12 minutes. You can go up in weight, but only after you have completed the clean and jerk. This will be a fun and different way to work on our cleans and jerks. Afterwards, take some time to work on a skill or mobilize target areas of your body.
