For Time:

  • 500 Double Unders (500 singles)

*At the beginning of each minute perform 3 bodyweight front squats.

If you are a double under ninja than today is your day to shine! The task is to complete 500 double unders for time. However…Starting on the 1st minute, perform 3 bodyweight front squats at the beginning of each minute. Once all 500 doubles are complete the workout is over and you will record your time.
