Back Squat:

Thruster:

  • 3-3-3-3-3

Today your goal is to build up to the heaviest set of 3 reps for the back squat and thruster. We will be doing back squat first and then switching over to thruster.  The thruster will be from the floor.  Get ready for a full class of squatting!
