It has been a while since we had back squats in a metcon. You will be pulling this from the floor today so make sure you are able to clean and jerk the weight that you pick to get it on your shoulders. Don’t spend too much time failing on the pushups. Work back through the modifications if you have to so that you can stay moving. Have a great weekend!
