“Nutrition Challenge Baseline Test”

10 Minute AMRAP:15.2-1

  • 5 Pull-ups
  • 10 Push-ups
  • 15 Squats
  • Ground to overhead per how many rounds you are on(155,105)(135,95)(55,35)(35,15)

Rest 5 minutes, then:

  • 1000 Meter row for time

It is that time of year again!  As we start the 2016 nutrition challenge we need to get baseline numbers to gauge our progress.  This wod along with the body composition testing will be very important markers of where we are and will show us how far we have come in the next 8 weeks.
