How do you stack up against a Regional athlete? Once again, it is that time of year where thousands of athletes compete for a chance to make it to the CrossFit Games to prove they are the fittest on earth. We have a tradition of trying out regional wods here at CFBC. Last year’s had a brutal front rack lunge in it. This one doesn’t involve too heavy a weight but is brutal non the less. Just like the athletes at Regionals, we will be capping the wod at 21 minutes. Have fun!
