“Tabata Something Else W/ Burpee”

8 Tabata intervals of each movement for total reps:

  • Pullup
  • Burpee over the abmat
  • Situp
  • Squat

“Tabata Something Else” is another old school CrossFit benchmark. It is a bodyweight specialist’s dream wod! You will complete 8 intervals of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each movement starting with pullups.  Normally there are pushups after the pullups but we decided to take it easy on you and replace with burpees. The score at the end is a combined total of all reps. Happy Friday!
