For Reps:

  • Tabata Squats
  • Tabata Toes to Bar (knee to elbow)(toes to kettlebell)(abmat)
  • Tabata Pushups

The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest.  This is performed for 8 cycles or a total of 4 minutes.  In today’s WOD you will start with squats for 4 minutes-20:10, then toes to bar and finish with pushups.  Record the total reps for all three.  Happy Monday!
