Workout of the Day (WOD), Tuesday, 1/21/14:

For time:

  • 25 Thrusters (135,95)(115,75)(95,55)

Rest 5 minutes,

For time:

  • 75 Kettlebell Swings (53,35)(44,26)(35,18)
  • 500 Meter Row
  • 25 Burpees

Both of these will be scored separately. They will be scored by times and tier levels for each individual wod.

In the first part of today’s wod you will perform 25 thrusters for time.  Stay as consistent and efficient as possible as opposed to just muscling through this.  Keep your elbows high during the squat portion and make sure to capitalize on your hip drive to get the bar off of your shoulders and into the press.

Rest 5 minutes after the thrusters and then chip away at some kettlebell swings, rowing and burpees.  Yay burpees!!!
