14 Minute AMRAP:

- 7 Muscle Ups
- 50 Wall Balls (20,14)
- 100 Double Unders
SCALED:
- 50 Wall Balls (20,10) *9 ft target
- 200 Single Unders
Another great Open wod is out! If you don’t have muscleups YET take on the scaled version. It promises to be a beast as well. We will have two rx’d heats tomorrow. They will start at 9:45 and 10:45. The 9 and 10 am classes will be normal and the open scaled athletes will work into these groups. See you there!
