CrossFit Open 13.1
Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 17 minutes of:
- 40 Burpees
- 75/45 pound Snatch, 30 reps(T2-55,35)(T3-35,15)
- 30 Burpees
- 135/75 pound Snatch, 30 reps(T2-115/55)(T3-55,35)
- 20 Burpees
- 165/100 pound Snatch, 30 reps(T2-135,75)(T3-75,55)
- 10 burpees
- 210/120 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible(T2-155,95)(T3-95,75)
This was the first wod of last year’s Open. It is a combination of two previous Open workouts. For the burpees the standard was to jump and touch a target 6” above your reach. We will not be doing this today, but I will ask that you make an effort to jump higher than your typical burpee jump. One barbell is used throughout the whole wod. This means that you will have to have plates ready to adjust your weight as you work through the wod. Have fun!
