Teams of 2, 30 Minute AMRAP:

  • 5 Burpee Box Jumps (24,20)
  • 10 Sit-ups
  • 15 Synchronized Air Squats
  • 800 Meter Run(400 each)

Work in teams of 2 today for 30 minutes. Break up the first two movements however you like and then squat together. The run will be 400 meters each.
