Back Squat:

  • Build to a heavy 3 rep

Then,

12 Minute AMRAP:

  • 35 Double Unders
  • 25 Air Squats
  • 15 Kettlebell Swings (53,35)(44,26)(26,18)

*Every minute on the minute 10 push-ups

We are starting off today going for a 3 rep back squat. Check your old numbers and if you are feeling it go for a new PR. If not, just try to go as heavy as the day and your form allows. Afterwards we will get into a 12 minute AMRAP. There are three movements with an extra bonus of 10 push-ups on the minute. Go after it!
