12 Minute AMRAP:
- 3 Rounds of the complex(95,65)(75,55)(55,35)(35,15)
- 15 Toes to Bar(knee raises)(abmat sit-up)
Welcome to December! Today we are back at it with a barbell complex. Power clean, front squat and push jerk. Build to a heavy complex and then we will go lighter in the AMRAP. Happy Monday!
