It is that time of year again! Every year since we opened the doors we have done this workout around Christmas time. This will be a great one to help you burn off Thanksgiving. Here is how it works. You start at the top and work down repeating each previous movement. Round one is 1 thruster, round two is 1 thruster and 2 toes to bar, round 3 is 1 thruster, 2 toes to bar, 3 clean and jerks. This continues until you perform one round of everything from 1-12. It is like the song only backwards.
