- 5 Minute AMRAP of Burpee Box Jump Overs (24,20)
Rest 5:00 - 4 Minute AMRAP of 10 Meter Shuttle Runs
Rest 4:00 - 3 Minute AMRAP of Power Cleans (155,105)(135,95)(115,85)(55,35)
Rest 3:00 - 2 Minute AMRAP of Wallball Shots (20,14)(14,10)(10,6)
Rest 2:00 - 1 Minute of Max Unbroken Pull ups
In this WOD the clock is going to continue to run while you work through 5 rounds of different movements in a 1:1 work rest ratio. Go as hard as you can knowing that you will have an equal amount of time to rest after each round. The last round is 1 minute of max unbroken pullups. When you have to drop off the bar your count stops. Enjoy!
