Bench Press:

  • 10-8-6-4-2

*One attempt at each set for a combined total weight from all 5 sets

Then,

7 Minute AMRAP:

  • Hang Power Clean(95,65)(75,55)(55,35)
  • Every time you drop the bar perform 15 lateral bar burpees

The first part of today’s session will begin with 5 sets of bench press. Start at 10 heavy reps and work down by two reps each set. All 5 sets should be heavy and you will combine the weights for a total poundage as your score. In the metcon, we are hang power cleaning for max reps. Every time you drop the bar knock out 15 lateral burpees. Your score is total number of hang power cleans. Have fun!
