Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:

  • 7 box jumps(30,24)
  • 14 kettlebell swings(70,53)

Today we have a little more of challenge in the height of the box as well as the KB weight. Push yourself to go heavier, but not to a point that you can’t move quickly through each round. Crush it!
