Build to a heavy complex:

  • 1 Pausing Back Squat (3 Seconds)
  • 1 Back Squat

Then,

4 Rounds for time:

  • 7 Deadlifts(225,155)(185,135)(155,105)(135,95)
  • 21 Double Unders

We are starting off this week with a back squat complex. It is 2 reps. The first rep is pausing 3 seconds in the bottom and the second rep is a normal back squat. Finish out with a quick metcon of deadlifts and double unders. Happy Monday!
