“CrossFit Open 11.2”
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
- 9 Deadlifts (155, 100)(135,85)(115,65)
- 12 Hand Release Push-ups
- 15 Box jumps (24,20)
Once again, a CrossFit Open Wod! This one comes to us from 2011. Keep those backs nice and flat and tight for the deadlifts. The weight is not heavy but you could potentially do a lot of reps. Which could spell lots of soreness if you aren’t doing them correctly. As always, we will review proper technique and practice beforehand. The push-ups can add up quickly in this one as well. Start early with splitting them up and making sure to not go to failure. Get after it!
