Back Squat:

  • 10-10-10-10-10

This is going to be a different weightlifting experience than most of us are used to. Going heavy for five sets of ten is going to be an awesome challenge. If you have some good history on the back squat try to pick a heavy load and use it for all ten sets. If you are new to this, start light and build up in weight to test that number. Either way you tackle this, Have fun!
