20 Minute AMRAP:

  • 15 Burpees
  • 30 Calorie Row/Bike-Alternate each round

The only easy day was yesterday! Put your head down and just push through this one. Try to stay as efficient as possible on the rower and keep your burpees at a consistent pace. Crush it!
