20 Minute AMRAP:

  • 30 Sit-ups
  • 20 Wallballs (20,14)(14,10)(10,6)
  • 200 Meter Farmers Carry (53,35)(44,26)(26,18)

Today we are going after an AMRAP with sit-ups, wall balls and farmers carry. Use a pair of kettlebells or dumbbells for the carry. As always, try to keep each round as consistent as possible or even work to achieve a negative split. See you out there!
