Bench Day!!! You will build up in weight as you progress to a 3 rep max. Make sure to take 3-4 minutes between sets to rest. After the five sets we will take on some skill work with 5 attempts at max double unders. If you don’t have doubles, yet, then we will be spending this time working on getting them.
