On a 15-minute clock, for max reps each round:

  • From 0:00-3:00, run 400 meters then do pull-ups
    Rest 1 minute
    From 4:00-7:00, run 400 meters then do clean and jerks(155,105)(135,95)(115,80)(95,65)
    Rest 1 minute
    From 8:00-11:00, run 400 meters then do pull-ups
    Rest 1 minute
    From 12:00-15:00, run 400 meters then do clean and jerks

This one is going to be fun! You will have 4, 3 minute rounds to complete a 400 Meter run and then max reps in the remaining time of either pull-ups or clean and jerks. The reps that you accumulate will be your score.  There is a 1 minute rest between rounds.
