Halloween WOD Crew!

2 rounds for time of:

  • 1,000-m row
  • 50 sumo deadlift high pulls(75,55)(55,35)(35,15)
  • 25 pull-ups
  • Rest 3 Minutes

Lots of pulling today! Go as hard as possible on each round knowing that you have rest at the end and it is only 2 times through. The SDHP weight is very low so you should be able to rep it out quickly.
