  • 10 Burpees

On this hump day we are starting off with a build up to a heavy 3 rep thruster from the rack. Afterwards you get to lighten the barbell and move quickly through 10 thrusters and 10 burpees. The burpees are just regular ones. Drop down, jump up. Go after it!
