This workout has a mid range load that is mixed with a medium distance run. You should be able to complete the cleans with consistent singles or touch and go reps. Try to keep your run pace under 5:00 minutes per lap. Do this and you will come in under 30 minutes. Scale weights and distances to make it happen. Go after it!
