Strict Press to Failure at 3 weights…
- Set 1: 135,95
- Set 2: 95,65
- Set 3: 75,55
*Rest 3 Minutes between each set. Scale to start with a weight you can get at least 5 reps with. Drop by 30% each set. Record total reps across all 3 weights.
Then,
- 1 Mile Run Time Trial (4 track laps)
Today we are starting out with 3 “burnout” sets of strict press from the racks. Your first weight you should be able to get at least 5 reps. Then, we will take it out to the CFBC track for a 1 mile run for time. Happy Friday!
