  • Build to a heavy set of 5

4 Rounds for time of:

  • 6 Handstand Push-ups
  • 9 Deadlifts(225,155)(185,135)(155,105)(95,65)
  • 12 Box Jumps(24,20)

We are starting off our classes today building up to a heavy set of 5. Don’t waste too many reps building up. Have a plan to hit your 5 rep and go after it. The metcon that follows should be a burner. Go after it!
