  • 25 handstand push-ups

This is event 6 from the CrossFit Team Series. It is done in teams of 2. On the row, you switch every 25 calories until you both hit a combined 100 calories. On the handstand push-ups, one person needs to do at least one rep until you hit a combined 50 each round. Have fun!
