Back Squat: (on the 3 minutes)

  • 10 reps light weight
  • 8 reps moderate weight
  • 6 reps @70%
  • 20 rep max

Then,

Every 3 Minutes Complete:

• 200m run
• 12 Kettlebell Swings(53,35)(44,26)(26,18)
• 7 Pull-ups
-Rest The remainder of the 3 Minutes, Complete 5 Rounds

Today we will begin our workout with a buildup to a 20 rep max back squat set. We will work off of the clock, every 3 minutes. Then we will get in an interval version of the benchmark “Helen”. Try to hit every round unbroken and with intensity. Go after it!
