Immediately into,
4 Rounds for time:
- 10 Pull-ups
- 200 Meter Run
- 30 Kettlebell Swings(53,35)(44,26)(26,18)
- 40 Double Unders
This one starts off with some strict pull-up work mixed in with biking and rowing. Your score will be the total number of calories. After each set of pull-ups switch to rower or bike. Once 10 minutes is up we will immediately start into the 4 rounds for time. Have fun!
