1 rep of the following complex for max load:

  • Deadlift / hang clean / hang clean and jerk

Barbell complexes are always exciting! This is from the 2018CrossFit Team Series. The complex begins with a deadlift, then a hang clean(power or squat), return the bar to the hang position to do another hang clean followed by a jerk (push or split). We will be building up to the heaviest weight that you can perform the complex with.
