Squat Clean:
- Build to a heavy 1 rep
Then,
10 Minute AMRAP:
- 200 Meter Run
- 12 Box Jumps (24,20)
- 15 Wall Balls (20,14)(14,10)(10,6)
It has been a while since we had 1 rep squat clean by itself for strength. Today is a great day to get comfortable and practice receiving the bar in a squat. Happy Friday!
