  • 1 Minute Hang Power Snatch (75,55)(55,35)(35,15)
  • 1 Minute Bike/Row Calories(alternate each round)
  • 1 Minute Rest

The goal today is to achieve as many reps as possible over the course of the 5 rounds. The weight stays the same for the thruster and the hang snatch. Alternate each round between the bike and the rower. Pick a number that you want to hit each round and try to stay within 5 reps of that. Crush it!
