Today is very similar to last Tuesday. We want you to try to go for a heavier 5 rep and 10 rep max than last week. Our metcon is also similar to last week’s. The cleans have been replaced with snatches. Each round will be for time and Wodify will add up your total time after you enter the 3 scores. Welcome to September!
